How to apply for Passport through online process

There are so many countries around the around the world and must need Passport and Visa to visit almost all the countries except some of them.These are nothing but an authorization letter.If you have passport then you will apply for visa.There is no age restriction for getting passport. But following documents are necessary for getting Passport.

1. Date of Birth proof (it may be School certificate or Birth certificate)
2. Address proof (it may be Voter id , Adhar card , recent Electricity bill , recent BSNL telephone bill and Mutation Certificate of your house).
3. If the person under age he/she must 'Anexture-H' that mean , must need of declaration of both Mom and Dad.
4. In case of Tatkal must need 'Anexture-F' (Verification Certificate) and 'Anexture-I' . You will get 'Anexture-F' from I.A.S or I.P.S officer and 'Anexture-I' is Court affidavit.
5. In case of govt serviceman , we must collect N.O.C from head of department.

How to apply for Passport through online process in West Bengal

You can apply for passport in two different ways , 1st is Online process and 2nd is offline process.Read thoroughly the application then sent the following through a proper process.Normally after 15 days you get the interview date. As per your address you must present Anadapur (Anandapur Main road , Biswa Bangla Sarani , E.M bypass , Gold Park , East kolkata , Beside of Ruby General Hospital) or Berhampur (Anita Automobile Building , Radhikapur , KashimBazar , Jalangi Road , Berhampur) and carry your original documents.After verify your original documents with the submitted documents (Which you have submitted earlier) then your photo will be upload if the all documents are matched and authority take your finger print details also.After complete above mentioned process then police verification will occur.As per your verification your passport will deliver in between 7-10 days.In case of Tatkal Process the delivering process of passport will be more fast.

Expense for applying Passport

Expense for applying Passport for adult person per head Rs.1500(for 36 page) and Rs.2000 (for Jumbo passport 60 page) . In case of Tatkal the charge will be Rs.2000 extra. For infant 1st time Rs.1000 and 2nd time Rs.1500 .For Renew of passport same rate will be applicable.

7. In case of loss your passport in foreign country immediately contact your own country embassy and complaint a file in local police station also. After that from embassy you will get an emergency certificate. At last after return your own country , you would go to the passport office and show your emergency certificate then you can also apply last category certificate.
